1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website partnergrowth.io (the "Site") and your engagement of services from PartnerGrowth, operated by MAC2000 LLC ("PartnerGrowth," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you sign a separate service agreement with us, the terms of that signed agreement control to the extent they conflict with these Terms.
2. Our Services
PartnerGrowth provides marketing services for coaches, creators, and info product businesses, including paid advertising management (Meta), funnel strategy and builds, CRM and automation setup (GoHighLevel), sales coaching, copywriting, and data and performance analysis. Services are offered as done-for-you engagements, consulting, and fractional operator engagements. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement are defined in a written agreement or proposal between you and MAC2000 LLC.
3. Fees and Payment
Fees are set out in your service agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees are due as invoiced, and ongoing engagements are billed monthly in advance. Third-party costs — such as ad spend paid to Meta or software subscriptions in your own accounts — are your responsibility and are separate from our fees. Refunds and billing disputes are handled under our Refund & Dispute Policy; cancellations are handled under our Cancellation Policy.
4. Client Responsibilities
Our results depend on your cooperation. You agree to provide timely access to the accounts, materials, and approvals reasonably needed to perform the services (for example, ad accounts, CRM access, brand assets, and offer details), to review deliverables promptly, and to ensure that the products and claims you ask us to market are lawful and truthful.
5. No Guarantee of Results
Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your offer, pricing, market conditions, and advertising platform behavior. While we work diligently and apply proven practices, we do not guarantee any specific revenue, return on ad spend, lead volume, or other business result unless expressly stated in a signed agreement.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, deliverables created specifically for you under an engagement (such as ad copy, funnel pages, and creative assets) are yours. We retain ownership of our pre-existing materials, methods, templates, and know-how, and grant you a license to use them as embedded in your deliverables. We may reference non-confidential aspects of our work for you in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
7. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to protect the other's confidential information — including business data, customer information, and financial details shared during an engagement — and to use it only for purposes of the engagement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MAC2000 LLC's total liability arising out of or related to the Site or any engagement will not exceed the fees you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim, and we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost revenue.
9. Termination
Either party may end an ongoing engagement in accordance with our Cancellation Policy or the applicable signed agreement. We may suspend or terminate services for non-payment or material breach after reasonable notice.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will first be raised with us directly at mac@partnergrowth.io so we can attempt to resolve it in good faith.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
