Refund & Dispute Policy

Overview

PartnerGrowth, operated by MAC2000 LLC ("PartnerGrowth," "we," "us," or "our"), provides custom professional services, including paid advertising management, funnel strategy and builds, CRM and automation setup, sales coaching, copywriting, and data and performance analysis. Because our work is customized consulting and service work — not a physical product or standardized software — this policy explains how refunds and payment disputes are handled.

Refunds

Our services involve dedicated time, strategy, and custom deliverables prepared specifically for each client. As a result:

  • Fees for services already performed or deliverables already provided are generally non-refundable.
  • Refund requests are reviewed and handled on a case-by-case basis, in accordance with the terms of the signed service agreement between the client and MAC2000 LLC.
  • Where a signed agreement specifies refund terms, deposit terms, or guarantees, those terms govern.
  • If we have collected payment for services not yet started, we will work with you in good faith to resolve the situation, which may include a partial or full refund of unearned fees.

To request a refund, email us at mac@partnergrowth.io with your name, the service in question, and a description of your request. We will respond within two (2) business days and aim to resolve all requests within ten (10) business days.

Disputes

If you have any concern about a charge, an invoice, or the services you received, please contact us first at mac@partnergrowth.io before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. Most issues can be resolved quickly and directly.

When you contact us about a billing concern, we will:

  • Acknowledge your message within two (2) business days;
  • Review the charge and the related work or agreement; and
  • Work with you in good faith toward a fair resolution, which may include a correction, credit, or refund where appropriate.
