Overview
This Cancellation Policy applies to services provided by PartnerGrowth, operated by MAC2000 LLC ("PartnerGrowth," "we," "us," or "our"), including done-for-you marketing services, consulting, and fractional operator engagements.
Month-to-Month Engagements
Unless otherwise stated in a signed service agreement, our ongoing engagements are month-to-month and may be cancelled by either party with thirty (30) days written notice.
- To cancel, send written notice by email to mac@partnergrowth.io. Notice is effective on the date we receive it, and we will confirm receipt by email.
- Services continue, and fees remain payable, through the end of the 30-day notice period.
- At the end of the notice period, we will complete an orderly handoff of accounts, assets, and deliverables that belong to you.
Fixed-Scope Projects
For one-time or fixed-scope projects (for example, a funnel build or CRM setup), cancellation terms are set out in the applicable signed agreement. In general, fees for work already performed are due, and any prepaid fees for work not yet started will be addressed under our Refund & Dispute Policy.
Third-Party Costs
Cancellation of our services does not automatically cancel third-party subscriptions or costs in your own accounts (for example, ad spend billed by Meta or software subscriptions such as GoHighLevel). You are responsible for managing those accounts, and we will assist with a reasonable transition during the notice period.
